Description:
8923 high performance polyurethane sealant is a single component, W High thixotropy, does not flow, low odor polyurethane adhesive. Product is low viscosity, good thixotropy, which is convenient for manual gluing. Cured adhesive is elastomers, anti cold and hot change, good resistance to stress change performance. Can be painted, polished, no corrosion, elevation and top construction does not flow. There is extensive adhesion to various substrates.

Instructions for use
Surface cleaning: clean surface: remove the rust, dirt, water and oil etc...
Gluing: cut a small hole in the beak suitable rubber barrel, glue mouth diameter should be considered sizing width and decide, into the glue gun start sizing operation.
Curing: a large temperature and humidity environment on polyurethane adhesive surface drying and curing effect, low temperature, curing slow; temperature and humidity is too high, dry too fast. The best operating environmental conditions: temperature 20 to 30 DEG C for 50 ~ 70%RH, humidity exceeds 5 to 35 DEG C; the temperature, humidity 35 ~ 75%RH range please careful construction.
Polyurethane adhesive in gluing and curing process, avoid contact with chemicals containing hydroxyl, amino and, this kind of material will cause the polyurethane glue curing incomplete.
Storage: unused plastic blocks should be tightened immediately, to seal the tube mouth save. Again, if sealed, a little crust, remove immediately after, does not affect the normal use. In the process of storage, the nozzle may also appear a few crusts, remove after normal use, does not affect the product performance.
